Born and raised in Coeur d'Alene, upon leaving the area for college I only wanted to find a way to get back here. This city, lake, and people is just simply the best place in the world to live. After graduating from the University of Idaho, my then-fiance and I moved down to Boise for her to complete her graduate work as a Speech Language Pathologist. In Boise, I began working at Colliers International Commercial Real Estate as a web and graphics designer before quickly becoming the Director of Research for the branch. After three years holding the position and my wife graduating, our focus was again set on returning to the North and starting our family. I was recruited to move back to Coeur d'Alene and lead the in house development of Real Estate for Pita Pit USA, which I have now been doing for about five years being part of over 150 closed transactions, all the while becoming the father to the two greatest humans in the history of the world.
Even while working for a fantastic restaurant concept and identifying and leasing spaces for new stores all over the country, I still had a longing to be more vested in the city I call home. Working in the real estate world with so many diverse personalities and backgrounds, I've learned the constant necessity in every real estate transaction is drive. Every client of mine will get tireless and passionate work to find and secure their next home quickly and effectively. First time home buyers, investment buyers, and everyone in between needs someone who knows a home purchase will always be one of the biggest decisions of someone's life, and will help them find exactly what they're looking for.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent for Century 21, I attended the University of Idaho, graduating with a BS in Business Administration. I continued my education at Bellevue University, earning an MBA in 2011. My wife is a Coeur d'Alene native so after graduation we were excited to return to Coeur d'Alene to start our careers. I spent five years in the banking industry working in both the residential and commercial lending departments, and six years with a national restaurant chain as the Director of Franchise Site Development.
Real estate has always been a passion of mine, so when Graham, a good friend and colleague, asked if I would be interested in partnering with him, I seized the opportunity.
